How Can You Help Us?
If you are bringing your pet for boarding, please read the following information
- Ring us to book your pet first or complete our booking form
- Ensure your pet is fully vaccinated
- Bring the vaccination certificate with you
- The kennel cough vaccination now lasts 1 year. We highly recommend that your dog is covered both in the summer and winter
- We insist on kennel cough protection during the summer months (April-September)
- If your dog has not been vaccinated to the correct standard we will not be able to accept your dog for boarding.
- If your pet has not stayed with us before and you would like to visit us, we encourage you to do that before you bring your pet to stay – you can drop in any time during our normal opening hours – no appointment necessary!

Monday – Saturday 9.30 – 13.00 Closed for lunch 14.30 – 17.00
Sunday 9.30 – 13.00 Closed for lunch 14.30 – 16.00
Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Open between 9.30 – 10.00 am only for Drop off and Collection
Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Closed for drop off and collection
We ask all our customers kindly to adhere strictly to these opening times, and to respect our privacy outside our opening hours
We aim to be flexible wherever possible. Any visitation or late/early drop off outside our opening hours can be made by prior arrangement and at our discretion

- Ring us to book your pet in
- We are able to groom any day of the work, but please provide us with plenty of notice
We accept payment by cash, cheque or debit card, normally when you collect your pet. We may require a deposit to secure your booking
